Buffalo Fantasy Draft 2007 Redo Round 1 A. Johnson Should have drafted QB Tom Brady or TRADED the draft pick...Who needs RB’s??!..His Cousin Paul didn’t have a RB for most of the season and he started 8-0. Brady would have won him at least 4 games. Or he should have shopped the pick for additional picks. Pickreign Should have drafted RB Willie Parker. Can’t really grill Pickreign for taking Parker. He is one of the most reliable RB’s in the league. However, Tom Brady was there for the taking. But for this little experiment, Brady is off the board. Randall I have no problem with Randall trading this pick. However, He gave up one of the Top WR’s in the Game in TJ Houshmandzadeh for an unproven QB Matt Leinart and LB switched DL Shawn Merriman. With that all said. Johnson should have drafted WR Randy Moss. Can you imagine if Johnson had Moss instead Wayne!!! WOW Gullo The biggest trade of the year. At the time, I thought Hannigan was giving up too much. But, now it looks like a steal! However, assuming Brady was off the board at this point. Hannigan should sit tight at the 5 th pick and take either Tony Romo or Derek Anderson. Gullo drafting QB Tony Romo would be the right move here! Hannigan Hannigan should have stayed here at the 5 th pick and drafted QB Derek Anderson. Hannigan would have looked like a genius with this pick and probably would have been laughed at even more then the time he selected a TE named Chris Mangum. However, he got the last laugh in this draft!!! Well done Hannigan!! Randall Randall should have stayed put and drafted RB Adrian Peterson. Peterson with the 6 th pick would have been a steal. And that is after he traded down. Peterson, Addai, and James. What a back field!!! Stowe Should have drafted RB Marshawn Lynch. Portis is not a bad pick. But Lynch is the better pick. Lynch is only going to get better. Whereas, Portis is on the tail end of his career. Pellegrino Should have drafted WR Braylon Edwards. This just shows us how good of a drafted Pellegrino had. He got Lynch with the 8 th pick and eventually got Edwards in the 4 th. However, knowing what we know now. He would need to take Edwards with the 8 th overall pick. Great drafting Pellegrino!!! Teichman Should have taken WR Terrell Owens. This would be a close call with Reggie Wayne. Can’t go wrong with either pick. Zeitz Should have taken WR Reggie Wayne. At times, Colston looks worthy of this pick and by the end of the season he might make a case. But you can’t argue Reggie Wayne would have been a better choice if he was still on the board. Luksch With Luksch’s 1 st and 2 nd round picks already off the board. Luksch would have a tough choice between RB Clinton Portis and Marion Barber or even WR’s Wes Welker and Plaxico Burress. The safest pick would be RB M. Barber. Gigante Gigante would have tried extremely hard to trade up. However, he would eventually have to draft RB Rudi Johnson. A little bit of an upgrade than Cedric Benson and Gigante didn’t have to move up to get him. Round 2 A. Johnson – RB C.Portis Pickreign – RB W. Welker Randall – WR P. Burress Gullo – RB R. Brown Hannigan – TE J.Witten P. Johnson – RB L. White Stowe – QB D. McNabb Pellegrino – WR Marcus Colston Teichman – WR J. Galloway Zeitz – RB B. Jacobs Luksch – WR Ca. Johnson Gigante – RB. K. Jones |
